Where your data lives
Your employer context and every conversation are stored in this browser's local storage. There is no account and no server-side database — nothing is synced or retained on a server we control. Clearing your browser data, or using the "clear data" button, deletes it.
What leaves your device
To produce an answer, your question, your employer context (size, locality, year), and recent turns are sent to OpenAI's API. The assistant may also run a web search to verify a current figure. OpenAI does not use API inputs to train its models by default. Treat anything you send as leaving your device.
Not privileged
Conversations with this tool are not attorney–client privileged and could be discoverable. Keep questions general and anonymized — do not paste employee names, Social Security numbers, medical details, or privileged investigation content.
No legal relationship
Using this tool creates no attorney–client relationship. It provides general HR information, not legal advice.
