Refunds & cancellation

Two different purchases

There are two ways to pay for the assistant: a subscription — Starter, Plus or Pro — and a one-off credit pack, in small, medium or large. Both are bought through Stripe. Only a subscription is a thing you cancel; a pack is a single charge that does not repeat. Say which of the two you mean when you write to us, and we will know what you are asking about.

How to cancel a subscription

Click Manage billing in the assistant while signed in — it opens a Stripe-hosted page where you can cancel directly. If you would rather not use that, email maggievinas@outlook.com from the address on your account and say you want to cancel. Either way, cancelling stops the next billing period from being charged. It does not refund the period you are already in.

Refund policy

Subscriptions are billed by the period, and a period's charge is final once it is billed — cancel to stop the next one, but the current period is not refunded. Credit packs are billed at purchase and are likewise non-refundable.

Payment runs through Stripe

Stripe processes the checkout for both subscriptions and credit packs.

Rights this page cannot remove

Nothing here limits rights you have by law. Depending on where your business is, consumer protection and subscription-billing rules may give you rights that a policy cannot shorten, and your card issuer has its own dispute process that does not depend on anything we agree. This page does not try to list those rights. If a charge looks wrong, email first — it is usually faster than a dispute — but you are not required to.

Cancelling is not deleting

Cancelling stops the subscription. It does not delete your account, your conversations, or the questions you have asked, and neither does signing out. The only way to have your data deleted is to ask us by email — see Privacy & data handling.
